Our offer of different length of gullet steels
got enlarged, with the result of all advantages.

From now on we offer a new special long gullet steel for horses with a very high withers! This is only one of many details of
the special saddle tree which is build in our house.

We draw our biggest attention on the allocation of pressure.
To release the beginning of the withers and the trapezius it is absolute necessary to design the length of the gullet steel variable.

The more distinctive the withers are the longer the gullet steel
has to be. Otherwise the saddle comes down under the rider
and the attraction tightens the skin over the spinal process (withers) too much.

Because of increased pressure the horse is no longer flexible
in the neck and is limited in his back. In combination with the different lengths of gullet steels and a widening of the saddle
we get a duplication of the seat area in the “head area”.

By this we can reduce the pressure of the muscles considerable (better building of muscles). This is not only practiced with our dressage saddles, but also with our jumping saddles to minimize the high pressure when the horse is landing after the jump.

In connection with our special model NZT with added
shock-absorbing effect the adjustment of the gullet steel demonstrates a further amendment in the direction of orthopedic comfort for horse and rider.
